The entire facility is so well secured that I didn’t worry once about whether or not our items were safe, I knew they were. They require several steps in order for you to gain access, assuring even more that your possessions are secure. The move out process was very simple. Everyone I’ve talked with or needed assistance from was so very helpful. If we find ourselves in need of storage again, I will absolutely come here first.”

“Manager (JD I think?) was awesome. Great customer service skills, by connecting with customer and creating small talk to keep away from silences during the paperwork process. On top of that, even though I showed up about 15 minutes early the truck was ready to go with the dolly and furniture pads already in the back of the truck and ready for me to get to my move. It was a vastly better experience than I had at the last U-Haul place that overcharged me on top of a lack of customer service. Thanks again!”
