When I took our latest large print job in I was surprised that there were new owners. Customer Service has always been excellent. But this time it was CS with an added ++. They pulled out/up our past orders (both online & in hard copy) and made sure that they understood exactly what we needed. Accommodating beyond what a normal business ever does. (Yes, they are new owners) But even with new businesses and new owners it is usually rush, rush, rush. Taking the time to make sure they get it right and fulfill my businesses' needs will always put stars in my book and will continue to get repeat service from my business. Carrie Vender and Don DeLac have customer service down perfectly. I left feeling like I was their most important customer. I will be back.”

“I have so much gratitude to print express - don't go anywhere else in the city for printing graphics. THEY CARE. I sent in a rush order of 300 flyers and being a newbie in graphic design, i created my product in RGB without converting to CMYK. I used a very specific shade of blue that turns to purple when straight converted to CMYK, and Print express emailed me to let me know the printed result would look quite different, and would i like for one of their graphic designers to fix it (free of charge of course)? I agreed, and the result was a beautiful, high quality set of flyers. Any other printing company, particularly the big corporate ones, would have printed as is and I would have been extremely disappointed. In the afternoon I went to see my mail and it was all gone. I panicked for a moment and then called Postnet NM in Albuquerque. Mark was put on the phone and I told him my dilemma. He said he would do his best to find it amongst all the other discarded mail. He said to check my mailbox later because he would repost any mail he had found. I checked it before I went to bed and it was all there. Mark, you definitely went to extra mile. Your extra effort saved my butt. And this was near the end of his workday. Glad they are remaining open!Arrived there during posted store hours yesterday, Monday, around 1:30pm and the doors were locked. A sign on the door said they were closed and to try another location. There looked to be some supplies inside but I got the distinct impression this store is permanently closed, not temporarily. No one answered when I called either.”
