I have been a satisfied, regular Staples customer for decades, having had only 1 bad experience (with an ill-tempered, disrespectful cashier). One bad experience in all these years is an excellent track record. Staples is dependable, convenient, a little expensive and easy to work with. Keep up the good work, staples.
