The battery was dying when I picked it up and was dead by the next morning. UHaul sent someone to replace the battery and they arrived within 20 minutes. Great customer service..

Expensive. If you lose key to unit, you have to hire a locksmith. You cannot remove your own lock. Many penalties. Otherwise convenient and safe.
