Uptown Park Apartments are economical, clean, quiet, and managed by a great team that cares. Locally owned and operated since 1993, the studio apartments are in the center of Albuquerque's dynamic Uptown District. The location is great with immediate access to I-40, buses, malls, restaurants, a movie theater, and services all within walking distance. The office staff and maintenance team are great, friendly, and fix things quickly. They constantly try to make upgrades and keep things clean, peaceful, and safe. The apartments are small, cozy, and affordable, which is a huge plus for first-time renters. Some residents note the apartments could use some upgrading with paint, wider refrigerators, wider cabinets, thicker carpet, and nicer landscaping. Amenities include an enclosed heated pool, excellent no-wait laundry facilities, and a security patrol. The community does fun things like holiday decoration contests. While some typical apartment issues occur, the staff does their best to resolve them. It is considered a peaceful place to live.
