Helpful employee at the Mt. Run Post Office.
Trying to find out what time mail is picked up from this location. You cannot call the location. The agent (800 number) was unable to provide the time of first pick up. And that was after 20 minutes on hold. The AI phone system is ineffective.

Not sure why all the negative reviews, I was in and out no problem with good advice and customer service.
