“I just moved here in this particular post office is basically right across the street from my neighborhood I have been in there twice and the same gentleman has been behind the counter. You have an awesome employee who is very friendly and I enjoyed the small chit chat between us. I wish there were more public service reps out there like him.

“Got to use here to post as the one on 5th street had a security checkpoint and I didn’t have my ID on me cos I’d just walked less than 10 minutes from where I stayed.
But access was easy, the lobby was clean, no queues and staff were helpful and polite. And the location is beautiful and has a lot of beautiful art and hotels close by. Nice spot.”

“Small place and a small staff so you may have to wait a bit for your packages but all my deliveries show up safe and sound to my PO Box, staff is friendly and efficient.”
“The hours are tricky, but be patient and they will open eventually (might be a little later than 3pm).
Staff were very kind and helpful. The location is very convenient if you have access to base but would not recommend if you’re in a rush given the hours.
Packages have not arrived yet at destination because they were just shipped so I cannot comment on that aspect.”
“10/28/2021 hidded in a quaint eclectic area know as OLD TOWN you can barely see the sign for USPS. FOR ALL THE COST THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE IS STICKING TO US CONSUMERS. THERE NEEDS A LARGER SIGN. Wheelchair ♿ accessible. FINDING PARKING IS A CHALLENGE. Service was on here on that day.”
“I went around 1130am. No wait. The security check was painless. They were all very friendly and helpful. At the post office inside, no wait. The woman at the desk was super pleasant and helped me right away. Lunch time is posted on the door.”

“They close at different hours for lunch. This is a very small location and the staffing is short. If you read the sign it specifically says various hours for lunch may occur. Anyways, I really love this post office! Best one in town! I do a lot of shipping for sales online. For some reason this post office processes and ships everything faster than most in town. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.”
“After dealing the little help I got from the USPS on George St I went to the USPS on Cornell and they got me the proper help literally within 1 minute. Not sure what going on over there on George St but Cornell has their ducks in order!”

“I had an outstanding experience at my local USPS office and felt compelled to share it. The postal clerk, Kevin who assisted me truly went above and beyond while helping me ship a package overseas.
I came in feeling a bit overwhelmed by the customs forms and shipping options, but Kevin patiently walked me through every step of the process. Kevin explained the different services clearly, helped me choose the most cost-effective option, and double-checked all the details to make sure my package wouldn’t run into any issues abroad.
What really stood out was his professionalism and genuine willingness to help. Kevin didn’t rush me, even though the line was growing, and made sure I felt confident before I left. It’s rare to encounter that level of care and attention these days.

“Very freaking epic Passport Lady literally saved the day and stuff. Took our appointment and conducted it flawlessly and righteously. The interaction bestowed upon us was crafted with the very kindness and benevolence of a powerful but respectful god! Seas were parted! Miracles were made! Lightning shot from her finger tips! And there was even a two headed animal born or something like that! Overall a terrifyingly spectacular and wonderful experience! Probably better than every other post office. Most likely. Unless it's second best.... just in case.... but the lightning part makes me fairly confident that it IS the best.”
“The staff at this location came through to help me ship multiple packages to an overseas military destination at the last moment! Each member of the staff sought assistance, and it just so happened that an employee by the name of Cheryl came in and knew the Military Post Office system inside and out. She took the time to help make sure everything was sent and billed to me correctly, up to staying just a bit after closing to get it handled. Cannot recommend this location's staff and especially Cheryl enough!”

It was busy when I arrived but cleared out fast. The only holdup was my being somewhat unprepared. When I was ready, the line had lengthened, but again, moved quickly. Both ladies at the front desk were cheerful, friendly and overall it was a pleasant experience.”
“There’s some papers blocking the package drop off but other than that it works fine. I love the staff here, they always call me “Sir” whenever I drop off packages”
“Had a great experience with Mr. Rick Garcia! We were having difficulty getting our mail delivered to our house and Rick, who is a relief supervisor and wasn't at that particular station that day, went out of his to ensure our packages were at the highland office and being held for us. Would recommend dealing with this gentleman any day!”

“I went in to pick up my mail and was lucky enough to have Cal (or Cam…I apologize for not being sure) help me. I had troubles getting my mailbox keys replaced. The details aren’t important. What’s important is Cal totally showed up to take care of me. His experience, patience, and expertise were an unexpected delight. The problem was solved before I walked out.
It cannot be easy, dealing with people who don’t even want to be at the Post Office anyway. Also a portion of us are elderly and can talk incessantly🙂. Thank you Cam! You ROCK!”
