The store manager is awesome, thoughtful, thorough, and a pleasure to be around, providing great help with devices and apps. Service is described as the best, with super fast transfers and valuable incentives, making new technology affordable. Personally she was very knowledgeable and respectful to me in my interactions, the next day however the sales associate of her was on his personal phone with friends visiting and carrying on not really being respectful and attentive to my wife and daughter with their issues that needed resolve.
