“This review is long overdue. I had a very large remodel done at my house in the spring/summer of last year. I moved my kitchen, made a huge pantry and laundry area, did a bathroom, and knocked out all the walls in the main living space. Things went smoothly. The communication was wonderful. My project manager, Doug, was exceptional. Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job.”
“I can't count how many projects I've done with John but it's been many. His product is great quality with many options to choose from and I feel great value for the $! I also love that John cares about customer service and the details! Not many companies care about this anymore... this was a big deal to us! He worked with us to make sure we were going to cover our needs and was helpful with suggestions we hadn't thought of. The software he uses is great for planning and envisionin your space! Highly recommend this business for your organization needs! I love being organized! John did a great job! I would use him again but ran out of closets!:)”

“Great selection of tools, friendly staff, pet friendly, very tolerant environment, they go above and beyond, and they offer veteran discounts. Their delivery service is on time when they say and no extra fees! I prefer Lowe's, especially for my bigger purchases, it's just where I go as I feel safer. They are honest and pets are welcome too!”

I can't thank Julio enough. He took care of everything and kept apologizing for with the order. He also took care of the refund and made sure it was processed. He impressed me.
They screwed up an order. Was told the full order was being delivered today by the girl at the service desk and all the paperwork said it as well. Well only a partial order was delivered. When I called the store I was told the rest was coming Saturday, however no one's wants to listen I have a construction crew coming Thursday and needs the full order by Thursday at 8am. I was told there was nothing they can do, when I used to work for the company and know out right this is lie. Customer services at the store is dead. After this I won't be giving Home Depot anymore business. The girl that did this order at the Service Desk needs major restraining or to be fired. For now on I will just use Harbor Freight as service there is 100 times better.”

“I frequent here often, like the selection of tools, wood, home improvement items, a pretty decent wide variety of appliances to choose from, the staff is exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond to say hello and see if you need anything which is fabulous and quite welcoming. My qualm is the veteran discount and the structure of the digital security as personal information was breeched prior, not sure if it was addressed or not, but that leaves a bad taste. Other than that, I have no issues with the staff, but the rest is the corporate structures, nothing to do with the environment of the store.
I'm just a tough cookie to please; I guess.”
