“We went to a moving forward class at this campus. We attend the Rio Rancho campus. The class was thorough, well attended, well taught and easy to understand. I've never attended a service here but I have heard the pastor from this campus preach.”
“Usually very good customer service. This does not appear to be a very large hardware store. It's always surprising how much stuff they've managed to put in this store. They always have interesting specials running to bring people in. They will help you carry things out to the car. Sometimes they will ask, sometimes you have to ask. Unless it's something I have to get from a larger hardware store, this is definitely my go-to spot. Their prices are good. They're for for terracotta pots to make oils. Their prices are cheaper than Walmart and Lowe's and home Depot. They have several types of adhesive for assembling that layers and their staff are informed about the adhesive so that you will get the right one. You can order things to be sent to the store or sent to your home as well as buying directly from the store”

“A friend of a friend recommended AJ after an emergency roof leak spiraled into sketchy contracting. I called from Los Lunas on a Monday afternoon, and he was here from Abq by Tuesday morning ready to help mitigate. By Tuesday afternoon, he was up there working but also explaining as he went, & I could not be more grateful for the kindness, experience, & knowledge. His receptionist was equally sweet & understanding. Now here is where I preach that some people are put on each other's paths for a reason because he may have just saved me from getting scammed majorly. My only complaint is that he refused payment, and his business deserves so much more credit than I can give.”
“I can't count how many projects I've done with John but it's been many. His product is great quality with many options to choose from and I feel great value for the $! I also love that John cares about customer service and the details! Not many companies care about this anymore... this was a big deal to us! “I was in the store today I went to the electrical isle searching for a rocker switch you showed online having 12 I talked with customer service your pro department cashier your electric department employee none of which could find an answer other then they didn't know it shows no home location I even offered the information that some system must know because if it shows available online someoneust be able to track then thank God I found manager thomas in the pro department he went past the block of not knowing and found the last known location which was same isle just feet above me without him I would be leaving a 1 star review thanks to him and his care to go the extra step to finding this you get a 5 but please educate the other mangers to train the employees to resolve the issue not to disregard it . “Shykira went above and beyond!! I had an online order and only half was available the other half ready in one week. Watched the app and everything was at the store in like 4 days. Kept waiting for the notification to pick up but it never came. So day 7 I called and asked about it. Half of the half was in so I went to get it. Thought id have to cancel the last item , the one I really needed, and get it somewhere else. As I was about to do that Shykira called! Said it was there. She had it. To come get it. “We were Urgently looking for a Freezer to buy because Our old one was malfunctioning. The night before, there was a Blackout in Rio Rancho. It knocked Our freezer out of commission. We had over 40 pounds of meat and produce to lose, so We had to act quick. We went to the Location in Rio Rancho on US550. My Lady was very weak and sick. We were directed by a very courteous Young Man to the Appliance section.
I then met Natalia, whom I asked where the available Freezers were. She was very quick to help Us select the right One for Us. My Lady had a ton of questions to which She patiently answered and went above and beyond to help lead Us into the right decision. Natalia impressed Us with Her empathy, Her positive energy, and how Polite She was. After making the purchase She directed Us to the Carport, where the Freezer would be brought to My truck for loading.
I assumed that It would be brought by someone else( This was an 11 cubic foot heavy unit!) but there was Natalia wheeling it out to Us. I was more than capable of loading it, but Natalia offered.
Natalia (BLESS HER HEART) was maybe a quarter above My Ladies Size, and bodyweight. Nevertheless, I was very impressed.
