Had a relatively complicated problem of merging a business and personal account to make sure we kept a 14 year old phone line and he did it seamlessly. Customer service is off the charts . Won't work with anyone else going forward .

“i was having trouble upgrading my phone and i had to come in a few times because of a glitch the system was having, which was a little annoying but i wasn’t in a rush anyway. Jasmine was super sweet and so helpful she helped me figure out the problems and even fought for me to get credits to my account lol. While AT&T was giving me problems the workers made it really easy to get it figured out and were really helpful. Thanks a bunch ?”
