“Awesome little shop with everything you could need when it come to shipping or mail. I got there and was informed I had the labeling wrong on my package and the owner had me email it to him. They printed it out, stuck it on the box and got me all set up. If that’s not customer service I don’t know what is I want to say thank you to him and his staff And I appreciate what they do. I will be coming back and they made a Lifetime customer out of me. 100% recommend.”
“I travel a lot and was receiving mail at a previous UPS store. I now realize how much mail I wasn’t getting. Although it took awhile to transition, all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The manager will personally address issues and I appreciate what they have to deal with each day as people can be rude. They don’t set the prices and always offer options to send packages. Very nice group of people and they do provide good customer service.”

“They close at different hours for lunch. This is a very small location and the staffing is short. If you read the sign it specifically says various hours for lunch may occur. Anyways, I really love this post office! Best one in town! I do a lot of shipping for sales online. For some reason this post office processes and ships everything faster than most in town. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.”
“Got cheerful help from E. (male employee) getting a print job going and as we finished up, a line was forming while E. cheerfully and patiently served an entitled wealthy woman dominating the register who pontificated and challenged every detail regarding what should have been a simple shipment... the employee "E." remained professional and courteous - it was amazing to watch! We have seen employees consistently demonstrate great customer service even to would-be "Karen/Kens" at this location. Approx 1:20-1:30 on Sat 8/3/24.”

“I came here for my first passport because I saw good reviews regarding passports here. I didn't really know the process for getting one, so I was really stressed out, but I was literally in and out lol, definitely concur with the people praising the passport process here! Very easy and painless. I did not get my picture taken there, but I'm sure that part of the process is just as easy lol.”
