“Abq guns was the only gun store in Albuquerque to take me serious as soon as I walked in! The owner of the store was extremely polite and helpful & even cracked a few jokes while I was looking around, they made me feel comfortable and safe! Next time you’re thinking of even just looking at guns definitely go check them out. They have the lowest prices in town! Casey is the guy to ask for while in there. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing anything about guns as a first time buyer! These guys definitely didn’t disappoint and I will be shopping through them for any of my firearms needs !”

“I was looking for sneakers with an arch support. Matt & Joey were awesome; I had gone to every other shoe store at Cottonwood, and none of the customer service people seemed interested in helping me. The girl at Famous Footwear just rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help. Anyway, I was just about to leave; frustrated, when on my way out I saw Champs; so I stopped in, just expecting the same treatment. I want to thank these young men for being so helpful, and spending all that time with me. I can even return my shoes within 45 days if I am not satisfied. Now that is customer service. :)”

The associate was very polite and was knowledgeable in her recommendations. I went at the right time since I was the only one in the store but don't let the emptiness full you.
