“Some of the best service I’ve ever gotten. As a female solo traveler I find myself in a lot of situations where auto shops will take advantage and upcharge me. Or talk down to me and not take me seriously. I never for one second felt like these people were trying to take advantage. I had to wait a week for a complicated part and spent over 7 hours on their property while they fixed it. And they were super accommodating and kept me in the loop the entire time. Answered all my questions and were very transparent about pricing. Not only that but I got to meet a lot of their loyal customers and they have a great relationship with all the regulars which says a lot about the energy they put out and the quality of work they do. I’m from out of state but if I ever need a tune up or something fixed I will most definitely drive back.”

“Micheal did more than fix a truck he did his civic duty! One of my fire trucks broke down on a Saturday and would have been out of service likely for weeks if I had taken it to a dealer. Initial diagnosis was TCM (not cheap) but he discovered it was connectors, cleaned them up and had my truck back in service by Sunday. Through the process he kept me apprised of progress and changes. “We went to get what we thought was the starter replaced. 2 hours later got a call the car was ready. Went to pick it and we're told that the problem was a loose battery cable not the starter. Didn't have to replace it and the manager was very nice and informed. He checks his mechanics work. Would recommend.”
“I use the touch less wash. My car is never super dirty so the touch less wash is strong enough to clean my car well.
I heard another customer complain that it's didn't get all the bugs off so that might be an issue if you have want it to clean off a lot of bugs
The payment system works well, and the wash is good .
I'm rounding the experience up to a 5. I would technically give it a 4.5/5 if I could because the dryer isn't very good like most other car washes. But all on all would recommend.”

“This has been my auto shop for at least 7 years for multiple vehicles. Several years ago, I could get into the shop in short notice. These days, it's more like a three week book out, which must mean business is good. For this particular visit, we had several mileage maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. We were given a list by the Ford Dealership, and we brought that in for a quote with Cedar Crest Tire. The Ford Dealership also noted that we had evidence of an engine oil leak. I made the appointment at the beginning of July, and I got in on July 20th. They have a key drop box that we were able to use and leave the vehicle there the weekend prior. I got a call on Tuesday afternoon that my vehicle was ready for pick up. On my way into town, I swung by to pay the bill and get the key. I know that they have a ride service available, but I hoped by daughter would help me with the ride. We looked over the invoice and didn't see anything addressing the engine oil leak. He got a hold of the technician, and he said there was no evidence of a leak. Before bringing in the vehicle, I did call back to add an emissions service to the list of items, and that one was overlooked, but I wasn't billed for it either. I feel like my correspondence with them have always been professional, and my vehicles have always been repaired.”
