My grandson’s Honda showed a blinking ‘D’ light and he was very concerned. The Honda is his only way back and forth to work.
My scanner showed no codes, so I suggested we travel to the nearest Autozone. That was Eduardo’s store in Chaparral. Eduardo quickly offered to scan my grandson’s vehicle, and his scanner picked up a transmission code. That code linked to a special OEM transmission switch not available at Autozone. But Eduardo helped us greatly by identifying the problem, and he offered suggestions witch often work, like a drain and fill of the transmission fluid, and consulting a certified Honda technician. We couldn’t ask for better service, and please know we’ll be shopping at Autozone for non OEM issues in the future. Please consider this at Eduardo’s next evaluation.
