“I was hungry for some chips and a drink till I got on the main road.This store is at the end of the 9 coming out of El Paso.
Nice purposeful neighborhood store with nice employees.I couldn't believe how well stocked it was.I forgot to ask if they had bags of ice.I was too tired to do my Normal inspection of each aisle I do in dollar stores, but like I said it looked very well stocked.”

“Our local little "Groceria" owned & operated by the most wonderful Roberto & Isabel Gutierrez family here in Columbus, NM. They carry all of the essentials so you don't have to drive over 30 miles to Deming, NM for every little need. And, if they do not routinely carry what I need they try to find it & get it for me during their weekly restocking journey to "The Big City" of El Paso, Texas, about 75 miles away. Such personalized care in trying to do the best for their customers has never been found by me in the other 5 other states & dozens of cities that I have lived in before settling down for the remaining years of my life in this "Magical Land of Nada, Notta thing going on here!" I love the Gutierrez family, hard-working & caring about their community & I make a point of buying from them even if I can get the item elsewhere at lower a cost. Oh, and BTW, I don't know where they procure them from, but they carry the absolutely BEST TASTING Avocados in the country & wonderful great priced frozen "bone-in" chicken breasts that no other grocer in the entire Luna County even carry. (I hate those boneless chicken breasts that no matter how you prepare them, always have that dry, woody, flavorless quality.)”
