Hours: The United States Postal Service (USPS) at El Prado generally receives positive feedback from customers who appreciate the dedication and helpfulness of many employees. Several reviewers highlight staff members who go above and beyond, such as one employee who quickly assisted with correcting a package routing issue, offered to reroute the package, and showed genuine care. Customers commend the staff for being kind, courteous, and patient, especially given the high volume of packages from online shopping giants like Amazon and UPS. Despite the challenges posed by aging facilities not designed for such volume, USPS workers remain committed and helpful, especially in rural communities. However, some reviews mention inconsistent service, with certain employees refusing to answer straightforward questions or causing confusion over package slips, which frustrates some customers. Overall, the USPS at El Prado is recognized for its hard-working staff who strive to serve the community well, even as occasional service inconsistencies occur.
