“I had a really good experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center recently. I actually spoke with a young man Jordan inside said he was the manager of the auto center I expressed how different it felt this time compared to when I came in back in 2024. The overall experience has changed a lot Things felt more organized, smoother, and just more focused. the gentleman that was taking my order said his name was Diego, was amazing. He was attentive, calm, and really knowledgeable about the services they provide. He explained everything clearly and even let me know about some extras, like a top treatment, which I decided to go ahead and add. He also told me about their headlight restoration service which I’ll definitely be coming back for at my next oil change. He Evan covered my interior with like plastic protectors which I don’t not get back in 2024
Need to say less Me and my vehicle left happy, and that says a lot. I’ve been taking my car to Swift Lube/Jiffy Lube and paying over 120$ here in Espanola, and honestly, they’re a joke compared to this experience. I only spent 76$ for a full synthetic oil change & top treatment here! I’ll be giving my money to Walmart from now on. Good job Walmart!”
