“Del Norte CU recently upgraded their website. After several attempts on my part to upgrade to the new App I finally gave up and submitted an email requesting assistance. Within an hour I was contacted by the Manager of the Espanola Branch. Her name was Marina Rodriguez. She was the only person I spoke with (4 others prior to her) who knew what my concerns were with the new upgrade. She professionally walked me through the process on my Android phone. “Well I have to say the service was excellent information given was given right and professionally I also like the fact that I don't have to wait 2 weeks before I can start receiving my check in the account I put it in today 3-24-26 and I'll have my check by this next Tuesday or this week coming up that I like I also like the fact that I can use the ATM system like I used to with Capital One and Chase Bank where I can feed cash into it and it goes directly into my checking account immediately.”

“I like how MasterCard holders who do not have a century bank account were able to pull out the funds from the card issued from social security pay card and not incurre a few when doing so are are not required to openany type of account in order to do so.. But recently that machine has been down for almost a month and has no where to send me as a referral because my chip in my card is not working at and need an additional place that does the same thing they do and enter the card info without using the chip to cash my card out basically for me which is a mastercatd”
“I currently live in Questa New Mexico where there is not a wells Fargo currently it's a small town so it's understandable the closest town to us that should have a wells Fargo since it has most of the other big known banks is Taos NM but it also currently don't got a wells Fargo bank. The closest city that has one is Espanola NM which is about an 45-1 hr away trip for me. So really since I do love my bank and don't want to go elsewhere I hope you guys get astablished soon near me”
