Other banks give you ten days to renew your CDs or IRAs, failure to contact them within the 10 days and your interest rate is less than 1%. It’s very nice that Citizens Bank automatically gives you the highest rate available for the same term.

I read through all the 1 stars, and I've never once experienced any of those issue's. All my deposits came through on time, was always treated with respect, I'm extremely happy with my current banking choice.
