Hampton Inn & Suites Gallup is a great hotel that is undergoing renovations to create a beautiful place to stay. The customer service is fantastic, and the rooms are incredibly clean. While there are a few minor issues, such as a door that can be easily pushed open and a lack of tissues in the bathroom, the overall experience is positive. The hotel is quiet, with little traffic noise or disturbance from construction. The beds are comfortable, and the water is perfectly hot in the bath and shower. The breakfast offerings are varied and satisfying, with options like seasoned red potatoes, eggs, waffles, and juice. Even with some amenities under construction, the hotel provides a lovely stay for its guests.
