Quality Inn & Suites Gallup I-40 Exit 20 is a convenient and comfortable hotel for travelers. Guests appreciate the great staff, location, and affordable prices. Many enjoyed the tasty breakfast and highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms. However, some reviews noted the need for maintenance and upgrades, mentioning issues like dirty towels and wallpaper peeling in the shower. The hotel features a pool and hot tub, which were operational during recent stays, but guests are advised to call ahead to confirm availability. We had car trouble on the freeway and unexpectedly needed to stay the night. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Would stay here again if passing through this way again.

Great staff, location, price and comfort. Next time I am in Gallup, I will stay in the Quality Inn & Suites. The price was much lower than IHG and the breakfast was tasty. If I had to make one recommendation for improvement, it would be different pillows.
