Hampton Inn & Suites Gallup is a great hotel that is undergoing renovations to create a beautiful place to stay. The customer service is fantastic, and the rooms are incredibly clean. The staff is professional and helpful, and the breakfast area is well-maintained. While there are a few minor issues, such as a door that can be easily pushed open and a lack of tissues in the bathroom, the overall experience is positive. The hotel is quiet, with little traffic noise or disturbance from construction. The beds are comfortable, and the water is perfectly hot in the bath and shower. The breakfast offerings are varied and satisfying, with options like seasoned red potatoes, eggs, waffles, and juice. Even with some amenities under construction, the hotel provides a lovely stay for its guests.

Staff was nice. Hotel policy is terrible. Our room was booked through our government travel arrangements at a discounted rate. Because we did not check in on the app, they canceled our room and built us for one night. When we arrived we had to rebook our rooms at the cost of $500 a night. I like Hampton Inn's for their comfort and the hospitality this one had a friendly staff and was clean but my complaint was the beds were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood and the shower had very little water pressure, other than that it was nice.
