My sister and I stopped at Gilly's Chile about a year and a half ago. We had a wonderful conversation with Gilly's brother, Gerald, who shared lovely stories about his brother and the store. We left with full hearts and loaded up with delicious hatch chiles. The absolute best experience. I highly recommend stopping in.
