Hatch Chile Sales is a shop with terrific prices on chiles, ristras, spice blends, and more. It offers a huge selection of dried chilies, chili powders, and knick knacks. The chiles are great, wonderful, and can be extra hot, though natural variation in spiciness is to be expected. The folks working here are super, great, very nice, friendly, and helpful. They offer fair prices and can provide great helpful hints. The service is excellent, with staff willing to stay open late for customers and advise on shipping. They also offer to ship products. Customers find it a great shop with many fun things to pick up and consistently recommend it, stating they will definitely be back and always shop here when in town.

Hatch Chili Sales is one of the first spots we came to in the town. This is a super colorful store and really caught our eye. They have peppers of almost any imaginable size and color, fresh, dried and otherwise. We bought a bag of ghost peppers for a friend and the lady was super friendly.
