Hatch Corner is a friendly spot in Hatch offering a mix of Mexican and American favorites. The menu includes delicious items like the Hatch Green Chile burger, amazing carne asada burritos with perfect tortilla and meat ratio, and tasty asada tacos on homemade corn tortillas. The food is quite delicious and enjoyable, with very reasonable prices for the portions. The atmosphere is simply that of a cute, friendly roadside lunch stop, happy to have guests sit on the patio. It is a dog friendly place on the patio. The service is very nice and helpful. They also have a great selection of desserts and snacks. This includes the best ice cream, fun tornado potatoes, and very refreshing drinks like the Rusa. Everything they offer is great, from the smaller snacks to the food. It's a place definitely worth checking out and many customers look forward to returning.

This is a new spot in Hatch that’s definitely worth checking out! The menu has a mix of Mexican and American favorites, including a good selection of desserts. The prices were very reasonable for the portions, and everything we got was enjoyable!

We stopped in on a hot day and bought agua de Limon. It was fresh, cold and delicious.
