βThe pumps always work and they offer free air if you have a flat tire! What's not to love?? I hardly ever go inside the store. I don't really know what their snack and drink selection is like. If you ever need gas, some diesel or free air I do recommend this place! ?β

βStripes is a convenience store that serves New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma & Louisiana. Every time I go in here, the ladies who work here are always welcoming & amicable.This isn't a huge convenience shop, but it's not tiny either.Usually when I have to go in here, it's for a bag of ice or a beer run. No issues for me thus far. It's well-lit at night. Organized. Mostly clean. Well-stocked as of December 2022.Phillips 66 gasoline is also sold here.TIP+ Stocking stuffers are sold here: candy, lotto tickets & scratchers, vinyl stickers, & more.β

βThis Allsup's review is mainly for the consistently good service that I get. The employees usually greet me when I walk in. If not, it's because they are swamped. At the register they are friendly and fast. I'm usually here to pick up a case of beer or lotto scratchers for my kids when they make good grades. Oh, and their 10-lb. bags of ice. The last one I got was under $2.50. Also, this is the cheapest gas on this side of town. The lowest I've seen it within about a year's time was back in December 2022 at $2.98 per unleaded gallon. The self-serve Alon gas station itself is fairly large. Diesel is available in both the car area plus there is a separate area for big rigs. Nearby is a decent park called Del Norte Park with a dog park on the east side. I said decent. It's gone downhill a bit, but I still walk my brother's dog there. Also next door is a car wash with self-serve stations, two drive-thru automatic stations, and a dog wash area. There really needs to be more cross walks in this area for the influx of pedestrians. So be careful of jaywalkers!β
βStopped by tonight for a quick dinner and fuel before getting home. The cashier, Elisa, Definitely seem to have her work cut out for her, but was so pleasant and positive that she made it look effortless. Absolutely love the new store and the crew it comes with! :)β
βAll the clerks are super nice and helpful but the manager is super rude and sometimes the store says open online and I opened the door and the manager yells at me for coming in and says that their closed. This is the only convenience store I can go to as I go to it on a bike, so the manager being rude is an issue.β

βI stop by this Stripes in the mornings, sometimes just for a coffee before work. Every single time, the staff is warm, kind, and welcoming. They greet you, say good morning, and genuinely make you feel seen.
Crystal, in particular, always asks how I’m doing, and that means more than she probably knows. These may seem like small gestures to some people, but to me they matter deeply. On days when depression makes it hard just to get out of bed, walking into a place where you’re welcomed with kindness is incredibly comforting.
Thank you all for being so kind and for starting my mornings on a positive note. 🫶🏻β

βHometown favorite! Hard to find these days however when I visit this always hits the spot. These chimichanga and beef burrito with taco sauce brings me back. Nothing better than a fried burrito smothered with taco sauce and ketchup with a root beer! Staff always friendly.β

The drink I was looking for wasn’t on the shelf, but instead of simply saying it was out of stock, she took the time to check the back inventory and found it for me. I truly appreciated her willingness. Employees like Jessica make a big difference, and her dedication to helping customers deserves recognition.β

βI've never been to any store that *** have to refuse any service because of policies or doing as they are told by management, except the store except the one on main street, where they had an employee who *** have history of knowing me or thinking they know me, or of someone or anyone, except that one. Most businesses the other employees ******** help resolve the issue or let a member of management know of the day and situation so it can be corrected or make sure they can stand by the employees choices to the fullest.β
βThe facility features a robust infrastructure and friendly staff, and offers a wide range of services. What bothered me, however, was the two-day weekend closure of the pharmacy; at the very least, there should be part-time coverage available.β

βThe staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection.β
βThere was an employee that was rude all the time. Never greeted customers, nor smiled, never said thank you. I noticed she's not there anymore.
The others are always super nice, smiling, they offer products, which lucky they mention something I was needing. Remind you of your points and ask if you'd like use. Which definitely saves you a little on gas or get your free drink.

βIt's a nice , a clean place , but it's very under staffed..where are the workers at .I always see one worker at the register. She is super busy but she works with a smile and has the patience for everybody. I believe she needs help..β
