“I bought a laundry utility sink online and store delivered. I couldnt open it for a month because I left on a trip 2 days after it was delivered. I was gone for one month. I opened it 5 weeks after i bought it. The cabinet was cracked down the side. very broken. I called the store and asked for a new one to be delivered. Customer service said, no, of course. I asked to speak to a manager. Cynthia set me up with a new delivery immediately. There was a small snafu but old one was picked up and new one delivered with in two days. Delivery folx were amazing too. Helpful and kind. I am so appreciative of good service!!!! Thank you Home Depot Las Cruces!”

“Price matching with Home Depot made this purchase fairly comparable although they do charge for delivery, so it did cost a little more. The four hour delivery window was not accurate so I had to sit around all morning awaiting delivery. Otherwise, delivery was good - they were careful and carried away all the packing materials.”
