I had some minor fender scuffs, nothing too big, but more than I could do on my own. Javier and team got it taken care of. Looks like brand new! “Amador location - I had bought a brand new vehicle a few days prior to coming to the shop with minor damage caused by another. I had a great experience from beginning to end. From the person setting up my appointment, to the estimator, to the gentleman that came out and took care of my minor issue immediately. I was relieved that he was able to fix it. “Went here to get a new battery. Everyone was very helpful. They were totally transparent and up front about the options and prices. They did not try and upsell or talk me into buying any extras. They even installed the battery for me for no extra cost.
Everyone was very friendly during the whole process which was at most 10 minutes of my day. They even had good music playing inside.
10/10 definitely recommend this location!”

He was too busy playing with his phone when I went in to greet me
I needed him to put a scanner on my car so I could get the information as to what was wrong with it, and he told me AutoZone doesn't do that, or let their employees go outside the building, which isn't true
So I just went across the street and O Reillys helped me, and I ended up buying a few items which gave OReillys my over $100 sale
Except for that one guy, I liked that Picacho location and shopped there over 15 years
Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of that one guys lack of work ethic that one night”

Other parts stores insist you give a Make/ Model of a car, or they can't help you.
Here at O'Reilly they help you find what you need !
It was not a shelf item, but they had it delivered in 3 hrs from an El Paso store.

“I loved car buying here. No rush. Able to take time and test drive exactly what we wanted when we wanted with no questions asked. Isaiah was the best salesman. Answered every question we had, gave us time to decide and look at other vehicles from other dealers.
When we did start buying, he and the everyone made sure our new car was perfect before we could take it home, updated the software, replacing the battery from sitting on the lot for a while, sent it to paint and body to make sure all the paint was good and clear coat was fine after washing and finding some specks of paint on it from transport and removing them.
Casa hyundai was awesome. And even the finance guy was super helpful by lower my apr another percentage after I was already approved. Buy here. Period.”

I waited a few weeks before writing this so I could see how I really felt about the system, and honestly, it’s great. It makes me happy every time I go for a drive.
The process felt almost like a suit fitting. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, but once I got to hear the options in my own car, I realized I wanted something a little more substantial.
I’m really glad I got to compare different subs and figure out what actually fit the bill. At first, I thought I just wanted a small unit, but having someone take the time to demo the options and help me choose made a big difference.

“I brought my car in for an electrical diagnostic after I was told that my fairly new battery wouldn’t hold a charge. They squeezed my vehicle in to the work schedule and had the issue worked out in just a few hours. Turns out my new battery had a bad cell that the battery shop had missed during their check. K&S had the batteries swapped in no time at all and I was able to pick my vehicle up before noon that same day.
