“Went here to get a new battery. Everyone was very helpful. They were totally transparent and up front about the options and prices. They did not try and upsell or talk me into buying any extras. They even installed the battery for me for no extra cost.
Everyone was very friendly during the whole process which was at most 10 minutes of my day. They even had good music playing inside.
10/10 definitely recommend this location!”

“Amador location - I had bought a brand new vehicle a few days prior to coming to the shop with minor damage caused by another. I had a great experience from beginning to end. From the person setting up my appointment, to the estimator, to the gentleman that came out and took care of my minor issue immediately. I was relieved that he was able to fix it. I was taken care of immediately, and the car still looks brand new! I'll be back if I ever need a body shop in the future.”

“I had my Tacoma towed to Viva Toyota of Las Cruces, NM on August 17, 2026 because it would not start. I suspected the fuel pump that Vescovo Toyota replaced in 2017 failed. I gave that information to Mr. Brandon Campos, my service advisor/ liaison. He informed me that the dealership was short of techs, so please be patient, we will squeeze your truck in. They did fit me in, although it took a bit longer than desired, Brandon was very open and communicative about the status of my truck. He reached out to let me know the wins and hiccups going on with the repair. Big hat tip to Mr. Campos!”

He was too busy playing with his phone when I went in to greet me
I needed him to put a scanner on my car so I could get the information as to what was wrong with it, and he told me AutoZone doesn't do that, or let their employees go outside the building, which isn't true
So I just went across the street and O Reillys helped me, and I ended up buying a few items which gave OReillys my over $100 sale
Except for that one guy, I liked that Picacho location and shopped there over 15 years
Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of that one guys lack of work ethic that one night”

“I brought my car in for an electrical diagnostic after I was told that my fairly new battery wouldn’t hold a charge. They squeezed my vehicle in to the work schedule and had the issue worked out in just a few hours. Turns out my new battery had a bad cell that the battery shop had missed during their check. K&S had the batteries swapped in no time at all and I was able to pick my vehicle up before noon that same day.
