“Amazing manager and crew. Honest and personable. They clean your windows and even vacuum floorboards and service is speedy, even when I don't make appointment.
Next time I'm springing for car wash.
Keep up the good work.”
“Outstanding work and customer service! This winter I was traveling through New Mexico on vacation from the east coast. These guys got me in quickly, diagnosed my vehicle correctly (another shop in town not so much) and back on the road far sooner than I imagined. Honest people and honest pricing. Extremely satisfied with my experience at Automotive Services of New Mexico.”
“This is the second time we've brought our truck in with difficult issues, and once again the service department came through. On our second visit, the first gentleman who tried to help us made us hesitate and seriously consider taking our vehicle somewhere else. Thankfully, Gabby stepped in and genuinely cared about helping us.
Gabby went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard and taken care of. We've watched her handle difficult situations with grace, professionalism, and kindness. She truly excels in her field and is an incredible asset to the service department. Honestly, that department wouldn't run the same without her.
Thank you, Gabby, for turning a stressful experience into a positive one. Your dedication and exceptional customer service are greatly appreciated!

“I'm blown away at the awesome service I received at this Walmart auto center.
I live in T or C & our auto center is pretty pathetic. I needed new tires & decided to try this Walmart in Las Cruces while I was visiting for an event.
Amanda was awesome. Car was done on time. Whole atmosphere was chill. And tires are great!
A great experience from start to finish! Thank you very much!”

“Local service was great. Manager fantastic, staff very friendly. It’s overpriced but convenient. They are really good at this location. Super disappointed that when you try to access the online coupon via email or text it takes 4-5 hours to arrive-rendering it useless. Personally, I think this is a conscious corporate decision to make it harder to get a discount.”
