“Overall the bank and staff are good and very helpful. Comparing to banks I've done business with in the past everything is average. My only personal complaint is location. There is only 1 bank and one atm and they are both inside which is shut down for 2 weeks because of covid so my only option for deposits is to go 30 miles away and same to withdrawal unless you pay fees to use another atm.”

“The Main Street branch is leaps and bounds better than the Lohman Branch. Every time I go to the Lohman Avenue Branch, I am treated very badly. My mother, best friend and kids have witnessed it and are just as blown away as I am and people have said they would never bank there being treated that way. I drive across town to the Main Street bank just to be treated fair and right. I am not sure how they are so awful to people and get away with it at that Branch but I will never go back to that Branch. I am so thankful the North Main location exists and this Bank's location would be my suggestion if you Bank at WSFCU? The atmosphere is excellent, customer service is excellent and you are treated like you are a human being and account holder that matters to them. They greet you at the drive through window every time and at Lohman they literally say nothing unless you press the button to speak to them, it's literally night and day how you are treated from one Branch to the other.”

“I have had an account with your branch at 2535 S. Telshor Blvd, Las Cruces, for nearly 25 years, and I've always received excellent service. Please know that Senior Branch Manager Sharon M. Molinar and Assistant Branch Manager Monica C. Garcia have been particularly special, especially since I lost my wife, in getting my two sons registered in the accounts and in helping me transfer federal (Corona Virus) funds into my savings account. “I had two fraudulent charges and they could only dispute one. The other one was local and I was told I had to ask the shop personally if they can give me a refund or I would have to get a police report. On top of that the first lady that I was assigned to was rude and asked me multiple times if I made this charge after I told her no every single time she asked I then came back the next day because I thought it was a mistake because everyone I talked to said their bank fights to dispute fraudulent charges. I talked to another lady she was nice until she was told I needed to come back with a police report to get my dispute. Highly disappointed with this bank and this miscommunication for not properly explaining why I needed a police report for a fraudulent transaction.
Update bank called me back telling me they found who made one charge through an email and it was a Herbalife shop I went to the day before. The lady asked me if I new the name and I said yes she implied that since I knew her it couldn’t be disputed until I said I didn’t know her she was just the one who sold me a beverage she asked why I didn’t write that down in person but I had asked her about the importance of it and she said it could’ve been anything to a gas pump or online payments so I hadn’t wrote it down. Im new to all this banking, but I didn’t feel listened to when my assumption was right instead I felt judged and interrogated. I did the police report since I had some evidence it was fraudulent and gave them the case number. 2 stars for finding the email tho thx
Update-I was unaware of the 60-day dispute limit, but Mr. Sanchez accommodated my situation and filed the dispute for my fraudulent charge today since the document and case # was given in that time frame. Thank you again for ensuring I receive the pay I’ve worked hard for, it was an unexpected outcome. I’ve been with this bank since graduation and really wanted to avoid the hassle of switching. I understand everyone has bad days and I’m always happy to end off on a good note.”

“Ok so I've had my bank account t here for over 7 years at least. I've never had any problems and the staff is always friendly. The thing I absolutely LOVE about this bank and although some other banks may do this too, when we have our pup with us upon completion of our transaction at the drive through they ALWAYS send a BIG MILKBONE for our pup. THAT IS AWESOME don't ever change. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!”

“My view of this bank has changed to a very positive experience recently. They are the only bank who will work with your personal circumstances, as in "skip a payment". I had to call in to discuss it and the person was very unhelpful, rude, and didn't offer me the options i found out later were available. Well a week passed and i received a call from management apologizing for the agent and the bad service on the phone call. NEVER has that happened! They refunded my payment and told me the agent was supposed to ask me some questions. I'm very glad to have my car loans here!”
