There is only 1 bank and one atm and they are both inside which is shut down for 2 weeks because of covid so my only option for deposits is to go 30 miles away and same to withdrawal unless you pay fees to use another atm.”

Jokes aside, I've been going to this bank for the last 2 years, and honestly, I'm glad my company banks with First Savings. Always friendly, and the ladies provide great customer service and assist with any questions that I may have.”

Molinar and Assistant Branch Manager Monica C. Garcia have been particularly special, especially since I lost my wife, in getting my two sons registered in the accounts and in helping me transfer federal (Corona Virus) funds into my savings account. “It's never been so easy to get a loan for a new car! My experience with White Sands Federal Credit Union was great. I worked with Gina Armijo on my loan and she was fast, and detailed. She communicated with me explaining the process and responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner. Customer service was great throughout the process. The staff is very professional and kind, I’ve always had a pleasant experience with them and never had any issues. Janis is usually the one I’m helped by and she amazing super sweet and professional. Annalicia the manger is very helpful as well makes sure all of our needs are met. Overall we love this branch and highly recommend banking with them.”

“I had two fraudulent charges and they could only dispute one. The other one was local and I was told I had to ask the shop personally if they can give me a refund or I would have to get a police report. On top of that the first lady that I was assigned to was rude and asked me multiple times if I made this charge after I told her no every single time she asked I then came back the next day because I thought it was a mistake because everyone I talked to said their bank fights to dispute fraudulent charges. I talked to another lady she was nice until she was told I needed to come back with a police report to get my dispute. Highly disappointed with this bank and this miscommunication for not properly explaining why I needed a police report for a fraudulent transaction.
Update bank called me back telling me they found who made one charge through an email and it was a Herbalife shop I went to the day before. The lady asked me if I new the name and I said yes she implied that since I knew her it couldn’t be disputed until I said I didn’t know her she was just the one who sold me a beverage she asked why I didn’t write that down in person but I had asked her about the importance of it and she said it could’ve been anything to a gas pump or online payments so I hadn’t wrote it down. Im new to all this banking, but I didn’t feel listened to when my assumption was right instead I felt judged and interrogated. I did the police report since I had some evidence it was fraudulent and gave them the case number. 2 stars for finding the email tho thx
Update-I was unaware of the 60-day dispute limit, but Mr. Sanchez accommodated my situation and filed the dispute for my fraudulent charge today since the document and case # was given in that time frame. Thank you again for ensuring I receive the pay I’ve worked hard for, it was an unexpected outcome. I’ve been with this bank since graduation and really wanted to avoid the hassle of switching. I understand everyone has bad days and I’m always happy to end off on a good note.”

“Went there on Saturday to get some money pulled up to the drive-up window and sent a withdrawal slip to the tiller never answered when the tube got there the teller just answered when she got done and was going to send it to me. I had to ask her if she'd send me some more withdrawal slips and she sent me the tube back and didn't say anything to me. I think what was rude was when I pulled up usually the telephone say good morning or good afternoon and ask you how you want your bills back when you're withdrawing money. After they send your money back to you they tell you thank you have a nice day”
