“Tired of buying highly-rated pillows online and finding them uncomfortable, I went to Denver Mattress Co. hoping to try some out in person. What struck me is that this is a mattress store — pillows are a small-ticket item compared to what they primarily sell — yet I was treated with the same respect and care I'd expect from a big-ticket purchase.
I was helped by Tristan Olivas, who was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive, even though I was there for something so much smaller than a mattress. I ended up going home with a pillow completely different from what I thought I needed, and based on how my neck feels today, it was the right call. Yes, these pillows cost more than what you'd find at an ordinary department store, but they're worth it for anyone with neck or shoulder pain — especially with someone experienced checking your alignment as you try each one.”
