What struck me is that this is a mattress store — pillows are a small-ticket item compared to what they primarily sell — yet I was treated with the same respect and care I'd expect from a big-ticket purchase.

I was helped by Tristan Olivas, who was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive, even though I was there for something so much smaller than a mattress. I ended up going home with a pillow completely different from what I thought I needed, and based on how my neck feels today, it was the right call. Yes, these pillows cost more than what you'd find at an ordinary department store, but they're worth it for anyone with neck or shoulder pain — especially with someone experienced checking your alignment as you try each one.”

When I arrived, I met wonderful lady named Victoria. She was very welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products that they offered in the store. I was really impressed by her.She made me feel extraordinarily welcome there, even though it was very close to their closing time.She made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered. The place is filled with extraordinarily unique and wonderful pieces.Mostly weather kind that basically fell in love with. If I'd have known about this place prior to then I would have purchased all of my furnishings from there for all of my homes here in las Cruces. If you go there, I would recommend you go way before closing time.Because there's so much awesome things to look at that you need the time.I almost couldn't make a decision every time I turned the corner.There was something else I absolutely wanted. Victoria was wonderful. I changed my mind about three different times and all she did was laugh. And help she was never upset, never discouraged. Never made me feel like I was agitating her.
