“My thanks to Laurie for checking my hearing aids and confirming the rechargeable batteries had reached end of life. When she checked for replacements she found she had not received a restock of the batteries I needed. She removed the dead batteries and installed single use batteries with covers. She also provided me with extra batteries to ensure I would have use of my hearing aids until the correct replacements were in stock. Will head back when she calls me after receipt of the rechargeable replacements. Quality service.”

“As of today October 22, 2023 I have to admit that Sam's has finally gotten cleaner than it used to be. I noticed they finally decided to have employees clean up the food court area and act more professional. Also the aisles seem to be more tidy and picked up. Maybe they got a new manager or they got into trouble for having such a nasty store before. Well I guess I'll see the next time I go back.”
