Would be great if you could actually call the local store and talk to anyone, but they took that service away from us.

The TV signal keeps going in and out and freezes also. This is getting ridiculous. I have tried to change my package and it won't let me. I am disappointed, cause this used to be really good, but not anymore.

Doing business in the store is similar to getting helped online. Everything is mysteriously very complicated, and how quickly I get actual help depends entirely on the particular employee. A few are exceptional! Unfortunately, such was not my experience today. And, by the way, is a two-year-old Sim card OLD?
