“This company must have been bought since the bad reviews or a year or 2 ago. We have fantastic wi-fI for streaming and all our needs.

Century Link is DSL and not always better. The boxes are prone to water issues when it rains (weather) and cord cutting. Zianet is wireless for up to a mile in the Talavera area. They put a small dish on the roof or out of sight if that is your preference and they run a direct Ethernet to our WiFi/router into the house from the dish. We‘ve never had such fast or reliable WiFi! We are a cord cutter and stream shows every night. We are not game players though.

Anyhow, after talking to Anthony they are not as effected by weather as Century Link. Technical and customer Service is directed to a small local company that we are pleased with and we just filled out a form to have auto-deduction. I just now called the company at 353-1234 and got the owner, Anthony right off the bat. He’ll take the time to explain anything!!”

“I have been a customer of Fastwave/southwest wireless network for about 10 years. They have always provided great technical services. My recent internet problems were somewhere between router, WiFi extender, blureray player and tv. On the phone, they talked me through the steps to locate and fix the problem, even tho it wasn't their equipment or service causing the buffering. At 68 years old, technology issues can create anxiety. But the technicians were patient and hung in their with me. Thank you !”
