“I have been to several of the harbor freights in the Albuquerque area and i recently moved to Los Lunas. Every time i have went to the Los Lunas HF it is an exceptional experience. Yesterday i needed to source a large number of items for a project and i called the store in LL, and i quickly realized why this store is head and shoulders above the rest-- the call was answered immediately by the manager Carrie(sp?). It was old school, top notch customer service! She made sure her inventory was correct and held the items for me to pick up. When i got there they were up front with my name. Give this woman a raise, she truly deserves it!”
“I think we can all agree on one thing. The customer service sucks. Not everywhere in the store. I'm talking about finding someone to help fins what your looking for. We need more of the workers to walk around to assist customers. If we changed that. It be a nicer shopping experience”

Glenda, Jax are very nice people in the store as well and we'll bend over backwards to be helpful for you. They are always glad to see you and are very down to earth people Aaron is a great helper as well all of these people have made my shopping at Los lunas Lowe's a very good experience I really don't like to go anywhere else I hope they stay around for a long time to come”
