“I have been to several of the harbor freights in the Albuquerque area and i recently moved to Los Lunas. Every time i have went to the Los Lunas HF it is an exceptional experience. Yesterday i needed to source a large number of items for a project and i called the store in LL, and i quickly realized why this store is head and shoulders above the rest-- the call was answered immediately by the manager Carrie(sp?). It was old school, top notch customer service! She made sure her inventory was correct and held the items for me to pick up. When i got there they were up front with my name. Give this woman a raise, she truly deserves it!”

Ran into Bob from plumbing who saw I was confused and lent a helping hand. We weren’t able to find them so I thanked him for his time and started heading to the front to pay and accept defeat. However Bob kept looking and found the 4 handles I needed. Made my day:)”
