“I normally buy my shoes from stores in the mall, or other large retailers. I have started to develop pain in my knees and sore feet after all of the walking that I do each day. I also have never felt like my shoes fit me right. I walked into this place looking for a specific shoe, but left with a shoe that was so much better than I was expecting and much more knowledge about what kind of shoe would be best for my foot. I will absolutely be going here for all of my sports shoe needs. I’ll”

“I’ve been coming here for years and it’s definitely a shop for the avid outdoors clientele. They carry some very high end equipment that is out of my range but the customer service is impeccable. They are amazing. Very helpful and attentive in the service department. Every year they go out of their way to get my bicycles up and running again. Sometimes they even do a quick 10-15 minute tune-up for free. Depending on what needs to be done. Just a courtesy check and some air. I’d recommend this company to all. Service team of Matt, Michael, and Rico! Just an amazing group of gentleman!!”

“The whole staff here was extremely helpful. I attended a safety training in their shop a month or two ago with my wife. When her and I returned earlier this month to make a purchase, they had a spot on recommendation right off the bat based on conversations we had had the previous stop in. That attention to our needs sold me. Highly recommend, and will definitely be a return customer in the future.”

“They have consistent stock in most major sports. Their prices are reasonable for slightly used items, but they can be inconsistent at times with them. The store can be cluttered and not as clean some days. Check in often and talk with the sales reps to get the best options. Otherwise, it is touch and go.”

“I have purchased shoes from this many times due to my need for footwear that provides excellent support. The staff are consistently very helpful. My only wish is that they would offer a greater variety of options in extra-wide widths. They are able to order shoes online for you if your size is not available in the store.”

“I was in the store today with a return from last Friday. The owner was in the store and overheard me telling the cashier I was charged twice for the same item. I didn’t notice I was charged twice until I decided to return the item and looked closely at the receipt. The owner gave me a full credit for the two hats even though I couldn’t prove I was charged twice and had just overheard the conversation I was having. The hat was a a snap back and didn’t fit my friend. Thank you again, just know I appreciate the EXCELLENT customer service and you giving me the credit. I will definitely be returning to buy my logo fanatic friend some more gear.?♥️?”

From the moment I walked in, Ashley greeted me with a warm smile and offered to help right away. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, answered all my questions, and even made great recommendations based on my preferences. Her friendly and professional demeanor made my shopping experience a pleasure. It's rare to encounter such attentive and helpful service, and I truly appreciated Ashley's dedication to making sure I found the perfect pair of shoes. “Went here looking for some slippers for my boyfriend and was met with a greeter pointing me towards what I was looking for. When I got to the shoe section of the store, Lauren, was an amazing help! She got literally ANYTHING we needed from the back and checked on us exactly when we needed the next shoe/size. She was very friendly and made the overall experience very pleasant. I’ve been to a couple of other north face stores (in Chicago) and left because I wouldn’t receive any help. Not in Abq. Thanks Lauren !”
