“I'm sure I was not alone in lamenting Dr Fallen's retirement and concerned who could possibly replace him. The wonderful staff has remained, and Dr Medic has exceeded all my expectations! He is so gentle, kind, patient, and very knowledgable. He's also a good communicator - I'm not a vet, but I'm understanding it all! My 92 lb pooch has had some ongoing health issues, and he has been great about seeking solutions and being very patient! The entire staff is terrific (lookin' at you, Kaitlin! and *all* your colleagues!) - I need two to help me lift her out of the car (I have bad shoulders!) and they've been so kind about it. Only reason I wouldn't rave further is that I don't want them to be over-worked!”
