“I was visiting NM for a few days. Called several times and talked to several different member service reps. I called regarding a credit card I had never received when it expired back in February of 2024. I walked into the Rio Rancho branch and signed in to talk with a loan officer. That’s when Maritza helped me out. She asked what was going on and I explained to her the situation. She apologized for the situation and went straight to work. She was able to get and print my credit card for me before heading back home to Colorado! Thank you Maritza! Awesome member service!”

“I love, love, love the staff at this branch! I love the service I get each and every time I walk through those doors, very personable. They make you feel like you’re at home because they have always have coffee and treats for their members as you walk through the doors. I’ve never had to wait for long periods of time to be seen, I make sure to walk in at a regular time for business.
