“This place is fast and efficient! The waiting room was full. I took a number, just after I sat down, I was called up to be checked in. I didn't even sit back down for a full minute before being called back. The lab technician seemed super young, although she was clearly experienced and well-trained. She was nice and professional. Had me in and out quick with no extra pokes! Perhaps I was just lucky, but the entire visit lasted about 5 minutes.”

“Quick service and nice staff. I made an appointment online and got service done the same day. Clean facility. However, self check-in process can be hard for seniors or those who are not tech savvy. Walk-in, no front desk staff, and patients must do their own check-in with the machine or on phone. It would be nice if they could have someone at front desk to help, or a direction “ring the bell if you need assistance check-in”. In general, I had good experience there.”
“Quick and easy visit. And the staff was friendly and efficient. Made an appointment online, showed up on time, and was in an office 5 minutes later. Everything worked flawlessly. The waiting room was kind of boring, though. I might even call it depressing. There needs to be more pictures, and music, and magazines, and more comfortable chairs.”

“Wife made an appointment on 11/26 for 440 - arrived at 455 and no one opened when all she needed was a kit. What's worse is the office people were knocking along with several other people. Not sure why you all can't realize that getting referrals for health care is tough enough let alone a simple kit pickup. Future visitors beware...I will paying the office manager a visit on 11/27 to get this problem fixed. The worst part is to pickup the kit would have taken less than 2 minutes.... Update 11/27 met with Christine and she not only helped me get what we needed but apologized for the inconvenience.”
