“I bought a pair of Drew shoes, Maryjane style ,in July 2025. They cost around $150+. I only wore them in December, January and once in February for church, so once a week, maybe 10 times. The strap broke and I took them back. Happy Feet employee said they only cover up to 6 months to replace the shoes and advised to contact the manufacturer. I did contact Drew shoes and was told it was the retailer’s responsibility. The owner of Happy Feet called me and offered to have the shoe repaired! I was impressed with their excellent customer service.”

My only wish is that they would offer a greater variety of options in extra-wide widths. They are able to order shoes online for you if your size is not available in the store.”

They carry a great selection of high-quality clothing for both women and men, including brands like Vuori, Varley, and Z Supply.
I also love that they feature unique home goods and gifts from local New Mexico makers, making it a great place to find something special for yourself or someone else. The store is beautifully curated, and I always discover something new when I stop in. Highly recommend supporting this wonderful local business!

“Went here looking for some slippers for my boyfriend and was met with a greeter pointing me towards what I was looking for. When I got to the shoe section of the store, Lauren, was an amazing help! “They are closed every day except Monday so now I have to pay for shipping since Im visiting and am not here on Monday. They used to be open all the time and it was a joy to go in and have them help you fit the shoes to your feet and modify them if needed. I still love the brand, but this may be the last time I buy them”

“I have gone into this store off and on for the past several years and always felt uncomfortable as previous managers and staff never really spoke. It was always my last resort due to that reason. I felt more like I as being watched. I went in yesterday and the new store manager, John was super friendly and helpful as well as the staff. It was a totally new and refreshing experience and changed my opinion. I will no longer hesitate to shop here. I found exactly what I was looking for!”
