Non-existent customer service. I was told over the phone I didn't need an appointment to send a wire, visited the branch and was told their appointments were fully booked and they couldn't help me.

The worst bank in town. The drive through tellers are SO slow and there’s usually only one. Every other bank you walk in and they have lots of bankers available. WF never does. So you have to make an appointment. But they NEVER answer the phone so you have to go in person to make an appointment. Highly recommend BMO... read full comment
