“I was visiting NM for a few days. Called several times and talked to several different member service reps. I called regarding a credit card I had never received when it expired back in February of 2024. I walked into the Rio Rancho branch and signed in to talk with a loan officer. That’s when Maritza helped me out. She asked what was going on and I explained to her the situation. She apologized for the situation and went straight to work. She was able to get and print my credit card for me before heading back home to Colorado! Thank you Maritza! Awesome member service!”

“I had an outstanding, good experience opening a business account here, I honestly wasn't expecting it. Trumaine D helped me out every step of the way and spent maybe close to 90 minutes to get me set. He even called the bank support to clarify additional information needed by their review team to complete the account opening, and made sure the information was provided as well.
What stood out was that he did not show a single sign of frustration throughout. I have seen some good customer service but this is EXTRAORDINARY!!! I truly appreciate the length of time and effort Trumaine D patiently gave to help me open the account.

“I had a completely different experience at this branch compared to another Wells Fargo location. At the other branch, I was turned away when they asked for a second form of ID, and no one even tried to help or explain my options. It felt like I was just brushed off.
But when I came here, Kwame K. Seho completely changed that experience. He didn’t rush me or treat me like a problem. He actually took the time to sit down with me, understand my situation, and work through it step by step. Him and his team stayed patient and focused until they found a real solution so I could cash my check.
That meant everything to me, especially because I needed that money to take care of my kids. You don’t always see that level of care and commitment anymore.
Kwame is exactly what a branch manager should be, professional, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile for people. This is the kind of service that keeps customers loyal. I truly appreciate what he did for me.”

I Had horrible experiences with US banks fraud protection so hopefully better at Bank of America. The app seems robust in features.
I'd give 5 stars but honestly have not had much experience with other staff and tellers. I know there are some negative reviews, I'll have to wait and see, but hopefully if issues exist they are being addressed. Everyone seemed polite on the day I was there.”
