I love how items are paired together, displayed, and grouped in the store for easy identification of brands and sizes. There are items for every fashion taste and budget. Purchases are backed by a 30-day, “love it or return it” policy with store credit issued on any returns. Fun incentives have helped this boutique thrive in the tough economy that COVID-19 brought.
As a consignor, I have appreciated the communication, organization of my items, timely listing of my items in my dashboard, fair pricing, and creative and attractive displays of my items. As a customer, I have enjoyed the friendliness of the staff I have most often had the pleasure with which to speak, and trust that my in-store and online purchases are handled correctly and expediently. “Gift Me Up One of the least expensive gift shops we visited here in Old Town ABQ, as all their prices on merchandise were extremely reasonable compared to a few other stores we visited. I highly recommend making this your first stop before you hit up the other establishments to get your souvenir on.”
“I just want to leave an AWESOME review for this store. I don't normally do reviews but this store was worth it!!! I am a mother of toddler twins and just so happens my daughter's needed a diaper change. I asked if there was a restroom but they said they didn't have the changing station I was bummed BUT Jane offered me the fitting room!! I was SO HAPPY AND RELIEVED!!! As a mother it is hard to get around here and there with twins and she saved me nearly 30 to 45 mins to go to the restrooms down below. Thank you Jane and Maxwell for making my visit smooth and pleasant!!”

“Bought a black leather wide brim hat here a few years ago. The attendant was so kind and helped me choose between a few hats. She then personally set up a leather hat strap for me. I was hunting for a nice hat and found the perfect one here! I still think about how pleasant the whole transaction was. I wish I could visit again!”

“I worked a double shift today and didn't have time to buy my son winter pajamas. He has grown out of every pair that he had and tomorrow was pajama day at school. With 30 minutes left I decided to try and stop at Old Navy and see if they had any. I know it's annoying to stop in at the last minute I promise the lady that I would be quick. Not only was Leanne super kind but my son specifically wanted black and they didn't have them in her size she looked all over the store until she found some black checkered print ones just for him I don't know if she's a manager or just an associate but she deserves a damn raise”
“I was visiting Albuquerque with my family and have shopped online at Altar'd State for years for my daughter, but I have never been to their retail store. I was blown away by how well the merchandise was displayed, and the overall look of the store. I walked in during a surge where customers were all in a rush to find a holiday outfit, and I want to thank Nadine, the assistant store manager, for going out of her way to assist us during such a busy time. She relieved another employee who was having to help both me and another customer at the same time. She brought us water and we enjoyed our time there so much! I am writing this review unprompted by her. I mentioned to her that I have been shopping online for years and she spoke highly of the values of its founders, and she also said that they CEO is very kind. I thought that was amazing to hear at such a busy time.”

I'm hoping she's just shy. But this was the first time I have had a less than personal shopping experience there . I usually leave feeling excited to hoist the girls up to my chin in a new bra. This time it felt meh.”

“first off all of the staff were so kind & the manager was amazing! we had lost an item in the mall & returned to see if anyone returned it, at that point they had not. a few hours later the manager calls and said a random person tried to return the item for money & that she told him that the family who purchased these specific items were looking for it and she took the items and did not allow him to return! we were able to come the next day and get the item! words can’t explain how happy i am with this store & the manager!”
