Of closing and I was shocked because guaranteed most employees start closing up around you and really aren't that helpful...Elias was amazing! He literally broke it down with the different styles of tac pants and how they fit. Im a bigger guy so I was concerned that 511 wouldnt have my size. Well hot damn at 6'5 270 lb Elias spent some time digging in the back and actually found my size! Even and Daniel took the time and helped me find other items aswell. So right at closing you had 3 fine gentlemen with exceptional customer service and sales skills had a customer spend a little bit of money in there, well done gents and well done to the hiring manager. Customer service and consistency is what makes the business thrive, the product itself will sell itself, but it wont without those skills. 511 rocks!!”

“first off all of the staff were so kind & the manager was amazing! we had lost an item in the mall & returned to see if anyone returned it, at that point they had not. a few hours later the manager calls and said a random person tried to return the item for money & that she told him that the family who purchased these specific items were looking for it and she took the items and did not allow him to return! we were able to come the next day and get the item! words can’t explain how happy i am with this store & the manager!”

I've always been so impressed with the customer service at Lane Bryant (both locations in ABQ are amazing), but this last visit was actually a highlight of my week. They had what I needed, did a quick measurement to double check, and I walked out with five more sports bras saving SO much money thanks to the discounts the store offers constantly. Never shopping anywhere else.”

“Good store with good selection in sizes. Pricing is good. Parking is great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there is not a single bench in sight to sit down. Not by the bathroom area where clearly there is allocations for benches but they’re gone. You can see the marks on the wall where they used to be. Not sure why they got removed but that’s a bad call.”

Trudy even tailored my skirt to fit better, never had that happen before at a boutique! It’s a really nice place to hang out and browse, even if you don’t find anything for you. Would 100% return, and my friend and I are super happy with the quality clothes we bought.”
