The Oakley Team immediately approached me asked me what I needed I explain, they got to work, they figured out the issue exchange the item I got the Sunglasses which worked for my eyes and everything worked out really just a "happy/satisfied customer!" My wife checked their website and found a great New down coat that was on sale and called this store. The sales person went and tracked down my size on the sale rack and held off for me. When I got there the next day we were grated as soon as we came in and the sale guy got the hold within 2 min. Just awesome service.”
