“I visited this location on Nov. 4 th (Santa Fe , NM) withmy daughter. She purchased a couch for $1000 and paid cash. She told them she would pick it up the next day .When she went to pick it up after borrowing a truck from a friend, they could only find half of it!!!She told them she would be back on Tuesday for the other half. She had rented a U-Haul to move other things to a house she was moving into and when she went to pick it up with the UHaul, they still couldn’t find the other half!!!! She called again on Sunday and she was told it was ready to pick up but when they checked right before they were going to pick it up, she was told by someone else that it was not there! The issue is finally resolved on Nov 13. My daughter spent countless hours of her time, the time of people who are willing to help her, not to mention the money, spent on gas, and going back-and-forth, only to be told different things by different people.I met the manager and our initial visit and mentioned to her how impressed I was with the appearance of the store and how well it was organized. She asked me to please write a review because most people only write a review when they’re pissed I had started to write a glowing review before all of this happened. Unfortunately, now I am writing a review, because I am pissed at the poor organization and lack of being able to find the other half of a couch. Seriously that was just a fiasco. I am also blown away with the fact that she was not offered any kind of compensation, or anything for the total incompetence of this business!!!UPDATESusan called and made things right with my daughter by giving her a 20% refund on her purchase. “We came to visit Santa Fe from Southern coast of Texas. We did not anticipate a blizzard that happened while we were there. We headed to Ross and bought snow jackets, gloves, hats, and more. For a family of four we spent under $500 on all of that. The only issue with Ross is one employee working and very very long lines. But she was nice, not impatient, and friendly. One of the jackets, a Calvin Klein, red down ski jacket, had a funky zipper. We had taken the tags off, but returned it the next day with a receipt, and they exchanged it with no questions asked. Appreciated the easy return policy.”

“On my recent visit to this Dollar Tree store, was very pleasant. As I walked in. The store was very clean and organized. As heck shopped and looked around the store was stocked with varias merchandise. Had to take photos. I was very amazed. Good job staff and thank you for your hard work. I will now return to my regular shopping at the location.”

“I had a flat tire on my way to Dallas from Santa Fe, NM. When I got back to Santa Fe, the Tire Team at Sam's Club was amazing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes on Thursday, May 18 - 12:10 noon - 12:45 pm. Great service from these young men in the department. Great Sam's Club perk to have free tire repair.
