“I visited this location on Nov. 4 th (Santa Fe , NM) withmy daughter. She purchased a couch for $1000 and paid cash. She told them she would pick it up the next day .When she went to pick it up after borrowing a truck from a friend, they could only find half of it!!!She told them she would be back on Tuesday for the other half. She had rented a U-Haul to move other things to a house she was moving into and when she went to pick it up with the UHaul, they still couldn’t find the other half!!!! She called again on Sunday and she was told it was ready to pick up but when they checked right before they were going to pick it up, she was told by someone else that it was not there! The issue is finally resolved on Nov 13. My daughter spent countless hours of her time, the time of people who are willing to help her, not to mention the money, spent on gas, and going back-and-forth, only to be told different things by different people.I met the manager and our initial visit and mentioned to her how impressed I was with the appearance of the store and how well it was organized. She asked me to please write a review because most people only write a review when they’re pissed I had started to write a glowing review before all of this happened. Unfortunately, now I am writing a review, because I am pissed at the poor organization and lack of being able to find the other half of a couch. Seriously that was just a fiasco. I am also blown away with the fact that she was not offered any kind of compensation, or anything for the total incompetence of this business!!!UPDATESusan called and made things right with my daughter by giving her a 20% refund on her purchase. After a long talk with this young lady, she said they were making her job hard for her, and she was leaving Dillard's. Her customer service was second to none excellent customer service Ms.A you have always been a respectful young lady!! I will no longer spend my money where they don't value a good customer service representative and a hard worker, especially from my home town. 5star for the customer service my wife and I received from this young lady!! “I thought I lost my ID here on Christmas Eve Eve and went back on Christmas Eve- obviously an insanely busy time of year. The seconds asked about it, the woman at customer service checked right away and pulled it right out of the drawer. So many stores and store employees could have just tossed it in the trash, but they saved it for me and they had a good system for holding it and locating it instantly. Retail/ customer service is a difficult job any time of year, but especially days before Christmas. So, I am very grateful that the employees made the effort to hold it for me. They also had a copy of the switch game that we were looking for that had sold out at other stores.”
“We came to visit Santa Fe from Southern coast of Texas. We did not anticipate a blizzard that happened while we were there. We headed to Ross and bought snow jackets, gloves, hats, and more. For a family of four we spent under $500 on all of that. The only issue with Ross is one employee working and very very long lines. But she was nice, not impatient, and friendly. One of the jackets, a Calvin Klein, red down ski jacket, had a funky zipper. We had taken the tags off, but returned it the next day with a receipt, and they exchanged it with no questions asked. Appreciated the easy return policy.”

“The Target at Santa Fe was overall a good one on 2/17/2024. My daughters wanted to pick out a few clothes for some upcoming events they have for school. We came here at around 9AM. Not many folks were shopping at this time which was nice especially for parking. The fitting rooms were really nice. The lady working here was the only employee that assisted us. We scored a few cool pieces at affordable prices. Only the self-checkout was available. Pretty lame. Other than that, I'd go here again.”

Self checkout was easy, showing ID for alcoholic items. BTW: you can buy all hard liquor at Walmart any day and time, except Sunday!Minus One star for no bags! What's up with running out of bags?”
“I had a flat tire on my way to Dallas from Santa Fe, NM. When I got back to Santa Fe, the Tire Team at Sam's Club was amazing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes on Thursday, May 18 - 12:10 noon - 12:45 pm. Great service from these young men in the department. Great Sam's Club perk to have free tire repair.
